Custom Design: There is no charge for the initial consultation. If a CAD drawing is produced we will require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required before any components are ordered. All custom pieces are non-refundable/non-returnable. Purchases: We do not issue refunds for purchases. We will, however, give a store credit for future purchases or do an on the spot exchange. |
